The City of Sierra Vista is developing its next five-year consolidated plan that identifies community needs, resources, procedures, and priorities for managing Community Development Block Grant funding. CDBG dollars are provided through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to:
Provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing
Provide a suitable living environment
Expand economic opportunities principally for low and moderate-income persons
