Any facility that provides better times for medical needs is a win in my book. It's unfortunate that the same can't be done with other pharmacies due to lack of staff. I think it'd be nice for there to be better programs to promote taking these jobs with better incentives as an overall benefit to the community.

Store is currently open 10 hours per day and if open 7 days weekly, that is 40 hours ABOVE the mandated 30 hours. Being open later, ensuring less congestion will afford the criminal minded opportunity to accost employees of an empty store. It also can put more impaired (dwi/dui) drivers on the streets. Although the isn't a significant uptick in crime activity in the vicinity of the store, there is an uptick in crimes in my area which I can correlate with this stores operations. Medically necessary users mindset and time of use is different from the recreational user who will be out in public and "high" ( diminished capacity) and road accidents will increase. We in SV are an aging population enjoying SV and have no need to be like other cities. They, are not like us. The store can cut down CONGESTION by hiring MORE staff now to expedite services to the customer. Quicker turnaround. In and out so to speak. Still grows the business. Still increases taxes. Still allows for more wages to be made. Increasing hours to be like other cities, more tax revenue, etc is nonsensical reason.

Let the business run their hours of operation as long it does not interfere with any ordinance of the city or federal laws.

I am in FULL agreement with these new hours. People should not have to wait until 9am for a store to open, especially when so many use Marijuana for medical reasons.

I'm against this facility expanding it's hours! It's bad enough that this "business" is allowed to exist at all in our otherwise great city. This is nothing more than legalized drug activity possibly in the name of tax receipts. This is not a medically necessary choice. And I know after talking to some local surrounding businesses they HATE having it so close by. So who's really benefiting from this scourge? And any guess which Cartels are actually supplying the "product"? Further, are we trying to be more like Tucson (w/their 'Druggie' problems)? Sign me "Disgusted"...
