Can baked goods be sold at yard sales without a permit?

SB C asked 2 months ago

Yes! Under the state's cottage food regulations, baked goods can be sold at a yard sale without a permit. However, we do recommend contacting the local health department if you have any questions about what types of foods are permitted and any additional food handling regulations. Thanks!
