Regarding the discussion about a possible park for the Canyon De Flores neighborhood, what measures will be taken to safeguard the privacy of neighbors living north of the St. Andrews bridge? Issues include noise pollution, being able to look into our homes, trash control, traffic control, etc. Thank you

KLC asked almost 2 years ago

We are in the early stages of planning Roadrunner Park on a 28-acre site bordered to the north by Garden Canyon Linear Park, to the west by St. Andrews Drive, to the south by Canyon De Flores, and to the east by Camino Bella Rosa. We will be inviting residents to check out the space and offer input in person on Monday, June 13, from 5 to 7 p.m. and on Saturday, June 25, from 9 to 11 a.m. Residents will also be able to submit input via a project on this engagement site starting June 6.

We recommend checking out the space in person on one of the two dates if you can as staff will also be available to answer questions. Then you can offer input with any concerns/suggestions to help inform development of the park and ensure any potential issues are addressed in the plan.

Why isn't the fact that you can pay your sewer/refuse bill in full for the year and get a discount shown anywhere?

Johnpegker asked over 3 years ago

    Hi,

Thanks for your question! There is a note on the online service signup that says you can get a 10% discount if you pay for a year in advance. But I see your point; it isn't intuitive to look there.  Our website is updated constantly and we'll see that this information is included on the rates page as well.

    Thanks,
